Challenge
iWorld was a new retail brand with zero digital presence across three Kerala cities. They had no ad history, no audience data, and no WhatsApp enquiries from paid media. So, everything had to be built completely from scratch.
Action
I launched a Meta Ads WhatsApp campaign with city-specific creatives for Kannur, Calicut, and Malappuram. Additionally, I used audience layering, cost optimisation, and creative A/B testing over 30 days.
Result
The campaign generated 352 WhatsApp conversations in total. As a result, cost per conversation dropped 47% — from ₹6.64 to ₹3.54. The brand also reached the top position across all three cities in under 30 days.
